WAV + Trackouts / Stems
- Exclusive usage rights for one released recording
- Production removed from public sale after the exclusive license is completed
- No further non-exclusive licenses sold after the exclusive license is completed
- Previously sold non-exclusive licenses remain valid
- Zae Moreno retains ownership, copyright, authorship, publishing interest, producer rights, and intellectual property in the original production
- Producer credit required: “Produced by Zae Moreno”
- Final exclusive terms must be confirmed in writing
Ownership retained
Buyers are purchasing a license, not ownership. Zae Moreno retains 100% of the copyright, authorship, publishing interest, producer rights, stems, melodies, arrangements, recordings, and all intellectual property connected to the original production. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Language restriction
All licenses are restricted to Spanish-language and regional Mexican music releases only. English-language use is not permitted under any license tier. For exceptions contact us directly.

What you can’t do
The points below apply to every license tier and are listed in full in the License Agreement.
- Resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, upload, or give away the instrumental by itself.
- Claim that you created, produced, composed, or own the original production.
- Register the beat or instrumental as your own copyright.
- Use the instrumental for Content ID claims against Zae Moreno or other licensees.
- Upload the instrumental to sample packs, stock music libraries, beat stores, NFTs, or AI training datasets without prior written permission.
Refunds & payment
- Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue with the file or a duplicate charge.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe (the site’s payment processor).
- The buyer is responsible for entering correct contact and delivery information at checkout.
FAQ
Do I have to credit you?
Yes. Every license requires producer credit — “Produced by Zae Moreno” — in song metadata and anywhere the song appears (album notes, streaming-platform credits, video descriptions, etc.). Exclusive terms can be negotiated.
Can multiple artists license the same production?
Yes. MP3 and WAV leases are non-exclusive — the same production may be licensed by several artists until someone completes an exclusive license, at which point the production is removed from the catalogue and no further non-exclusive licenses are sold.
What happens when I hit my stream cap?
You can upgrade your license at any time — reach out and we’ll credit what you’ve already paid toward the next tier.
How do I purchase an exclusive license?
Use the contact form below and select the production title. Exclusive pricing varies per production based on production depth and current interest. Final exclusive terms must be confirmed in writing before delivery.
